Referral Scheme T&Cs
Ethic Recruit are offering a referral scheme to our current candidates and clients.
If you would like to refer someone for a teaching or support post then please fill in the attached referral form with your details and their details.
If the referred individual is successful and is placed in a position through EthicRecruit Ltd the following will be provided;
£150 vouchers if the candidate is placed in a permanent position working 1.5 days per week minimum.
£75 vouchers if the candidate is placed in a temporary position of 10 working days minimum. This can be based over multiple contracts.
Vouchers will be issued of your choice from the following retailers;
Waterstones, Amazon, John Lewis and Partners (Waitrose), M&S, Sainsbury’s or Love to Shop.
The following terms and conditions apply:

Vouchers will only be given if a referred candidate has been placed in the role recommended by the referrer.

The vouchers will always total the amounts as stated above, regardless of any of the chosen retailer’s special offers at the time of voucher purchase.

You must have sought the refferal’s permission for EthicRecruit Ltd to contact them and confirmed this in writing (via our referral form) prior to our contact.

EthicRecruit Ltd will have received full payment from the client that the referred candidate has been placed with and once the agreed rebate period has expired before issuing vouchers.

If the referred candidate has previously engaged with EthicRecruit Ltd, this will void the referral scheme offer.

This only applies to UK residents who are aged 18 years and over at the time of recommendation. This applies to the referrer and the referral.

EthicRecruit Ltd’s decision is final in the event of any dispute.

If the referred candidate is introduced to EthicRecruit Ltd by more than one individual, it will be on a first come, first served basis.

This is not open to any of Ethic Recruit’s employers, their friends or family.
